No, Limited Edition KitKat® can only be bought online here.

We're sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with our KitKat® website. Please try an alternative web browser or handheld device and if this doesn't work, clear your browsers cache.
Can shipping address and mailing address be different?
Yes. The 'Shipping Address' is where you would like your order of delicious Breaks to be sent via shipping.
The 'Billing Address' is connected to your payment method.
Do you have gift cards available?
No, we think it's much nicer to receive a special gift, so why not surprise that special person by sending them a gift!
Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes! Simply add the items to your shopping cart and ensure you enter the recipient’s Name & Address into Shipping Details.
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If you don't receive this, click here to contact our customer service team. Remember to check your junk e-mail box first as it might be hiding in there.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, orders can only be placed online.
What is the best before date on products I order?
We guarantee that each KitKat® product placed in your order will have a best before date of no less than 45 days for you to enjoy your break. In most cases, this date will be much longer than that, but never less than this.

Can I return or exchange my online purchase?
No, we do not accept any product returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all provinces across Canada but unfortunately cannot ship to Territories (NT, YK & NU). Please note, our couriers do NOT deliver to PO Boxes, and we do NOT ship internationally.

How much is the shipping and the delivery?
We deliver your delicious breaks Canada-wide for FREE when your order is $49 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship Canada-wide.
How long does it take to ship ?
- Orders received by 1pm ET on any Business Day will be shipped out on the same day.
- Orders received after 1pm ET from Friday through Wednesday will be shipped out on the next Business Day.
- Orders received after 1pm ET on Thursdays will be scheduled for shipment on the following Monday.
- Shipping time varies by delivery location. Please note typical shipping time frames below

I have just placed an order; can I cancel or change it?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once you have pressed the submit button. Orders are processed subsequently to meet the shipping agreement.
I want to send someone an online order as a gift. Is the pricing listed on the packaging slip that arrives to the recipient?
No, pricing is not listed on the packing slip when you send an online order.
